Something has to be wrong with those odds. The teams least likely to win ten games are the ones that are most likely to win the Super Bowl?

Wow! We're going into the playoffs ass-backwards as a nine-win team before running the table all the way to the Lombardi! What a season!

Sorry, I didn't read the whole thing.

Well, the experts at bodog.com have set their lines for Super Bowl XL next February in Detroit, along with the odds on which teams will win the AFC and NFC. The NFL editors at ESPN.com also looked into their crystal ball and forecasted the over/under on every team's win total for the season ahead.
bodog.com set the Conference and Super Bowl lines. ESPN added the O/U which is why they don't jive.

Sports Nation should stay out of the bookie business. Total up their over-under lines and you get 279 wins. There are only 184 wins to be had in the NFL season. I'd bet the under on every team in the league and make a killing. They should be embarrased for putting something like that up on the web.

There are 256 wins to be had in an NFL season. 16 teams go undefeated (16-0), and 16 teams lose every game (0-16). 16*16 = 256. The under would be a better play, but not by much.

That's what I get when I try to type with the keyboard on my lap while eating Chinese food. I typed 23*16/2 instead of 32*16/2.

Still when you consider the pushes, the OU are still embarassingly high.
