Places to download music to mP3 players...

Where are some good places to download music onto an mp3 player? I know of wal mart. itunes doesn't work for Windows 98SE does it? Either does Napster?

I go to allomp3.com, its a russian site but they have everything and you can download a whole cd worth of mp3's @ 192 for about $1.20, never had any problems been using it for about 6 months, still kind leary about them ruskie's though...
