I thought I would redo an old classic. What are you having or did you have for dinner?

Heh...

I grilled up some Elk brats I made from the cow elk I shot last february.
Butchered it myself too. That was some good stuff. So basically, I killed processed cooked and ate our dinner tonight.

Awesome! My buddy that lives in Idaho basically lives like that. Elk, deer, game bird, turkey, salmon, steelhead, morels, etc.. It's really freaking cool. Makes me want to move out there.

I got to go out for sushi tonight, and then had a piece of carrot cake for dessert.

This was a notable dinner for a different reason, though. My wife and I went out on a dinner date and we went to and from the restaurant via bus. I'm having knee issues right now, so instead of walking home I rode the bus with my wife, and we actually bypassed our house and kept going because the bus goes right by a sushi restaurant that's really good. We then had dinner and hopped on the bus going back home, too.

I'd love to do that everyday but unfortunately, Lumpy and I both have an aquired taste for fine dining on occasion. (i.e. McDonalds ans Subway) I made venison tenderloin medallions tuesday. They were braised in a wasabe/olive oil reduction with crushed red pepper, (pretty good). I made her some antelope steaks monday and for breakfast sunday, venison sausage and eggs. I'm a cooking mofo.

I just got back. Once a year or so I take the family out for Dim Sum.
I ordered w/o the assistance of an asian man for the first time.
Good stuff but my clothes smell funny.

Green Beans

buscuits and honey.

washed it all down with a gatorade.

Then went to sonic later in the evening to get a Reese's blast.
