Help Microsoft Publisher Problem!!!

It's giving me the "Publisher cannot load the required file (ptxt9.dll). You may be out of memory, or the file may be corrupt, message.

I've got the answer, but it only lists how to fix it if your running on Windows 2000, and I am running XP.

Here is how it says to fix it....
Click start, point to search, click files folders (doesn't work for XP)
in the NAMED box, or the SEARCH for FILE or FOLDERS NAMED box, click files and folders.
In the look in box, click my computer, and click find now or search now.
click on the ptxt9.dll file and click delete.
Repair Microsoft Office in Add/Remove Programs.

How do I get to the files and folders section in XP, or does somebody know how to fix Publisher with this error message??
