I just recently obtained a copy of his newest project Mighty Rearranger from a client of mine and all I can say is wow,the entire project is A+ from start to finish.

Just wanted to give a shout out for this great cd because I doubt it's been played on too many stations.If you're a Plant fan whatsoever you owe it to yourself to check it out.

With his backup band, Strange Sensation, Plant experiments with soft blues, psychedlia, and African rhythms. It's impossible to compare this to any of Plant's previous albums, because of his talent for innovation and change. The album's title aptly describes the artist.

Like fine wine and good cheese, Robert Plant gets better with age.

At age 56, and with 12 previous solo albums to his credit since Led Zeppelin disbanded, Robert Plant is still experimenting. Based on this CD, the latest experiment is an unqualified success.

Plant is one of those rare vocalists (James Taylor and Carole King being among the few others) who actually sound better in their 50s and 60s than they did when they were at the peak of their commercial success.

With his backup band, Strange Sensation, Plant experiments with soft blues, psychedlia, and African rhythms. It's impossible to compare this to any of Plant's previous albums, because of his talent for innovation and change. The album's title aptly describes the artist.

It's impossible to fully appreciate this CD until you hear it several times. Each pass reveals additional nuances of intricate musicianship. My only gripe with this album is that it ends too soon. Fortunately, there's every reason to believe that we can look forward to many more Plant experiments in the years to come.

I'm not really in the know; why doesn't an incredible band like Zep get back together? They would sell out show after show, not to mention likely create incredible music.

I heard quite a bit of it at the St. Joe fundraiser. It is an excellent CD and is on my next to buy list. I probably never would have heard any of it if it hadn't been for 'zoner. Really good tuneage.

Because like the Beatles there's only 2 of them left. Besides they've already done Plant and Page.

Ok, I don't know that much about Zep, but I thought at least 3 were still living. John Paul Jones, Plant, and Page.

JPJ died I think it was last year in Denver? Cocaine overdose that led to a heart attack. I think it was right before a Zep reunion tour was about to start.

Dude, I think you are out of your mind with that last comment. I'm a huge Zep fan and I don't recall hearing anything about that. IN FACT, John Paul Jones worked on the current Foo Fighter record, which came out THIS YEAR!!!! Blasphemy.
