Samkon Gado is the RB for Green Bay

The announcing crew seems impressed with him. He's GB's No.1 back right now because of injury.

Heh. The GB crowd seems to have already taken to the dude. Gado is a great name to cheer.

When I first heard his name called, I thought, "Nah. Can't be." How did he go from being cut from our practice squad to being their starter? Amazing.

One of the announcers made a funny comment. If you recall, Gado was never even the starter at Liberty. The announcer said, "I can see maybe not being a starter at North Carolina or something, but he couldn't start at Liberty?"

He's playing well, especially considering Pitt is great on D and GB hasn't been good with their RBs.

Gado was good in training camp, we just had to much depth there.

Just scored a TD for GB. His YPC is pretty rough though.

Gado's running well. His YPC's a little low because he's been getting a bunch of goalline carries.

We really could use a Green Bay win here.

I'm happy for him. Came out of nowhere and stuck with it and the opportunity came.

Of course now that I think about it, if Priest is out for an extended period, we're screwed if LJ gets hurt...

In all seriousness, how does a guy starting an NFL game not even start at a place like Liberty College? Is the coach there a moron or something?

I vaguely recall the training camp story, and I was thinking that the coach at Liberty told the Chiefs about him. So why the heck wasn't he starting? This is weird.
