I haven't seen the horse collar called all year. I saw it called once in the preseason. It's a dumb rule IMO. T.O. got hurt so they made a rule because he's, for some reason, a poster boy.

The rule doesn't even matter. I saw Roy drag a guy down from behind, only the rule is written so that dragging a guy down in the same spot by the jersey is not illegel and that's what he does now instead of grabbing the pads. It's the same effect just not penalyzed.
