Which NFL Head Coaching job is the best? worst?

I'd start a poll but I don't know how to do that shit!

Best: Chiefs - 10-6 w/Larry Johnson at RB.
Worst: Green Bay - decimated team

Green Bay is far from decimated.

Oakland, Arizona and SF would have to be among the worst.

There are pros and cons for several teams... the Rams have a ton of talent as well. KC has LJ and Green, but they have a lot of age as well in very key spots.

Plus... KC has Carl Peterson.

Zona. Not only do you have a perennial loser you have to deal with the Bidwells.

Oakland would top my list of “worst” for two very simple reasons. Al, and Davis. Al Davis

I think Green Bay because they don't have QB & who is their RB? Gado? Their defense is putrid & their OL is awful. I don't think they have anything...

SF has the makings of a decent team...they are just young.

Arizona is always going to be bad so they might be there with GB.

Raiders - regardless of the team, you'll have responsibility for success without the authority to pursue it.

They don't have a QB? They still have Favre as far as I know, and they also have a number one draft pick sitting on the bench. And yeah, Samkon Gado is pretty damn good, IMO.

The Packers just stopped listening to the coach, and that's why he's fired.

The reason I say SF wouldn't be a good team to coach for is because they've turned into a pretty cheap organization.

I don't think KC is the best. You come into the oldest team in the NFL, along with it's expensive veteran contracts. If you don't keep the offense up to past lofty standards, you'll already be criticized. There's a distinct possibility that there will be massive player turnover in the next two years.

KC is a nightmare job. You basically get a few years to get it done with current players, then rebuild. That means you have the potential to face two tough coaching situations...over the hill team, followed by inexperienced team.

Green Bay has a young team. They are rebuilding. If Brett does step down then they do not have a quarterback going into next season. Green Bay has a few starters that will be coming back from injuries next year. The defense in Green Bay was actually not the problem this year. It was much like the one that the Chiefs had. They had a good DC that has a pretty good system. Like the Chiefs the D was young and did not have quite enough talent. The reason that Sherman was fired was because the GM wanted a reason to get rid of him and twelve losses was the perfect excuse. He can also watch Brett retire and try to implant his draft pick and take this team over. They only had one bad loss. It was a really bad loss. They were in every single other game that they played. That does not look like a team that gave up on their coach. It looked more like a team that stayed the same and saw most of the league improve enough to get past them. It looked like a team that allowed their two All Pro Guards leave to go to other teams to get some money. Their replacements could protect their quarterback, but they could not make gaps for the backs to get through.

I'm not hooked on KC. I perceive a limited window, and there's no way you can't keep the offense as good as it has been if/when you implement a new system, which is basically necessary if Saunders is gone.

I'd take the Texans (Carr, Bush and nowhere to go but UP), Green Bay (young team, decimated by injuries this year, committed "ownership"),

I'd avoid New Orleans and the Raiders like the plague. Between the Bidwells and the history of losing, Arizona might be the toughest job of them all, in terms of succeeding.

IMO Green Bay went with aging veterans a year too long. This is something we need to avoid on offense.

That's why we need to hire Steve Mariucci.

He did wonders with the exact same situation in San Francisco.
