Ed Barkowitz, of the Philadelphia Daily News, reports free agent WR Freddie Mitchell (Chiefs) might be targeted by the Arena Football League's Philadelphia Soul. Team president Ron Jaworski said he is trying to reach out to Mitchell to gauge any potential interest in joining the team. The Soul would have to maneuver their salary cap as they are already at their limit and Mitchell would have to play defense as well.

Sounds like it's more about Jaworski wanting him than anything else. He'll get another shot in the NFL. He doesn't completely suck, and he's not so much of a boob that some team won't give him a shot.
