Developing a new feeling of community - I will start.
OK there has much grousing by the veterans around here and I think if we want to see this place become what it once was we need take some positive steps.

So with that I find that knowing a real first name (no need for last names) to go with the username and a little bit about the poster adds to that feeling of community.

So with that all you veterans and newcomers please add to my entry.
