Where do you get your sports news?
I am sick of Foxsports and I hate ESPN because everything even remotely interesting is Insider only. So where should one go?

I assume you're referring to breaking news. I check the ESPN headlines or maybe Kffl for football stuff, then look for the website of the paper that's nearby if something catches my eye. I get 'em here:

I usually get the news from ESPN or the KC Star. I don't think ESPN Insider is necessary. I don't mind not having the "inside edge" on something before every one else gets the news. I find this to be especially true if the speculation doesn't come to fruition.

I'm not a fan of KFFL. Someone told me that only about 1/20 things that site reports ends up happening.
