Someone just opened a little barbecue restaurant a block from my office.

And it's pretty good.

I live in Denver, and good barbecue is as scarce around here as offensive linemen that don't cut-block.

Down in SD off the Gaslamp by the convention center there's an outfit that used to brag about being KC style BBQ. I tried it when I was there in 2005. Not too bad... not Jackstack, but not too bad.

Yeah, that is the ole TopGun Kansas City BBQ. It is not that bad, about as close as you can get to the BBQ in KC.

Still doesnt compare...couple of more months though I will be back for a Vaca, and do my all beef diet
