One has to wonder why Wells hasn't been signed yet. We already brought in one backup running back, my guess is we stay with who we've got the rest of the way.

Dee Brown seems to fit the scheme and is already here. DB has earned a spot on the roster, IMO. He hasn't been excellent, but he's a nice change of pace back with decent moves.

Gotta go with Brown. He's looked pretty solid when he's been in the game. Plus, as others have mentioned, he already knows the team. Picking up someone this late when there isn't reallly a need would be a gamble at best.
