It isn't that simple? How so? Last I knew WM would take anything back without a receipt. I, however, have not returned anything there recently.

Maybe different Walmarts do different things. They expect receipts here.

Oh, well, that sucks. The ones here do not. You just have to give them some made up reason. If you bring it back with no receipt you can either exchange it or get your money back on a gift card. I used to work at Sam's and they did the same. That's your best bet, Falcon.

Thats not right? I didn't like the retail box they ship in. Hardly any protection of the unit at all.

He could do that, but he would have to recover his tag whenever he is here, then recover it when he goes back to her house. It makes it a complete hassle. But I think the biggest issue is she doesn't want to buy the wireless adapter.

At $100 I wouldn't either. I take it running a LAN wire to it is out of the question for her?

I will call the WalMart here and see if they will take it back, but I highly doubt they do. We actually bought the game earlier last year around his birthday. So who knows.

She would have to buy that also. And I don't think she wants to go to the trouble of running it to the basement.

What kind of damage did it do to the disk?
