We put up 35 on Jags. yesterday (two D TDs).
Jags put up 44 on Indy on Dec 10th. (in JV) Colts only beat Miami 27-22 yesterday. I like our chance. Green will have to air it out too.

It's gonna take creative play calling and not running off guard every play... at least Green's timing on the screens was good yesterday --get LJ the ball-- but do it in ways the Colts don't expect it. Would like to see LJ catch the ball with enough room to get up a head of steam vs. Colts secondary.

I think this is a game where the Chiefs really miss Jason Dunn.
He's an excellent run blocker, but as importantly, he's a good blocker in general, and could have been an asset if one of the OTs were having trouble with the colt speed rushers. I think The Chiefs will absolutely go into the Herm/martyball cocoon....pound the ball, eat up the clock to try to keep the Colts off the field. The D HAS to hit Manning. Hopefully, Herm will have the balls and brains to take advantage of yesterday's flea flicker(I've been screaming for that all season). The Chiefs HAVE to take some shots downfield to take advantage of them focusing on Johnson....work the PA pass hard, and stick in a flea flicker. |
