QB coach is gone too. I guess when your starting qb goes down and the backup comes in and plays ridiculous that it means the qb coach wasnt doing his job. Not the first time shea got hosed.

Shea was responsible for installing the passing part of the game plan. Either they didn't like what he did or they just aren't going to pass next year.
