10 months since Truman Sports Complex funding approval= NOTHING has been done
Exactly what is the hold-up for starting the renovations at the Truman Sports Complex? So far no construction has started (I'm not sure a construction company has even been selected yet), the Royals have taken the early renderings of renovations off of their website and I have still yet to see any renderings from the Chiefs on what the renovations would look like.

It has been 10 months since the taxpayers approved funding for the renovations and NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH has happened. This speaks volumes about how incompetent the Royals and Chiefs operations are and about how pathetic Jackson County looks for failing to create any sort of concrete oversight for the renovation project.

For all we know the renovation funds (taxpayers' money) is sitting in a bank account, with the Chiefs and Royals getting fat off of the collected interest.

They used the money to whore out some high price hookers. They were at the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and are out in Vegas now. Beer will be sold at only 8/10th the price in the highest priced stadium because of this investment.
