I need help figuring out a bands name

ok, this is a long shot, but i really need help figuring out the name of a band. they were a one hit wonder if i remember correctly.

ok, i cant remember the name of the song they sing either. In their music video, the entire band is there, but its just their heads on puppet boddies that have really really long limbs, and are moving kind of like puppets. its a really colorful video, like being stoned or something, lol. It came out possibly in the late 80s to early to mid 90s. it was more poppish in nature, but kinda 90s alternative like also. Any help would be nice, cause i am driving myself insane trying to figure this shit out, lol.

so this band came out in a timespan from 87-94, was either pop or alternative, you don't know the name of the band, song, or singers. And expect a positive result?

nah, it wasnt that one. the limbs were really really long, and they stayed in one spot. They were younger guys too.
