It's the Cartel of station owners here that control the prices. We are routinely 20 cents higher than Spokane. It isn't just because we are out in the sticks, because I have been in smaller towns even further away that are more in line with Spokane's prices.

Interesting. There's some speculation (yes, intended) that the recent rally is not supported by the fundamentals. Demand is still low and supplies are still high, although the drop in supply this week was greater than expected.
