I posted the truth about the law and poor Mr. Horn ruining his life by being stupid enough to believe that the recent change in Texas law would allow him to tell the 9-1-1 operator that he was going to disregard the 9-1-1 operator's advice and get his shotgun and go outside and intentionally gun down the burglars from next door.

You apparently think that Mr. Horn's life is not ruined because of his stupid decision. Homicide charges are going to be brought before a grand jury and there is a 99% chance of an indictment. He is ****ed. You can give him all of the attaboys that you want and he is still ****ed.

I did not post anything suggesting that people could not defend themselves and their families.

You know that and you misrepresented my beliefs. Apparently, you harbored a grudge about the truth I posted in the other thread about Mr. Horn ruining his life.

I have accused you of intentionally lying that I believe that people do not have a right to defend themselves and their own families in the situation faced by Sean Taylor.

That is not a wrongful accusation. That is exactly what you did.

Your defense seems to be that you are not a gutless chickensh*t, who intentionally lies about someone's beliefs, but that you are impossibly stupid and intepreted my frank assessment of your hero Mr. Horn's plight to suggest that people can't answer deadly force against themselves and their families in their own homes.

From a moral standpoint, you should refrain from gratuitously and unprovokedly referring to other posters and attempting to characterize their beliefs.

I do not recall many instances on chiefs planet where someone uses another poster's name and put words in their mouth. It is questionable under any circumstances. As it applies to you, someone who can't read and comprehend, you should stay away from that completely.
