Focus on the young guys... we do have some good young talent on the team. Kolby, Bowe, DJ, etc.

Lots of picks... and we'll be drafting high. Herm seems to have a nose for finding talent.

Draft heavy on the O-line and D-backs.

I think we should win our next three so we can spend the final week of the season being all "8-8 would make it into the playoffs! I am SO renewing next year, because this momentum will carry over to next fall! Yay, potential!".

Oh, and we have to root for the 49ers to win the rest of their games, because the Patriots get their draft pick. And the Patriots will use the pick wisely, so if they pick before us, it gives us a better chance at f***ing up our pick.

Hope Clark Hunt has it in him to nuclear bomb this franchise and rebuild it with a new front office, coaching staff, etc.

As much as I like Al Saunders he isn't the right head coach for this team, considering the epic rebuilding job that is required.

The Chiefs need someone with previous head coaching experience, someone with a history of building explosive offenses from the ground up, someone with a history of successfully developing young QBs.

That someone would be........................
