As much as I love my 360, I watched some Killzone 2 trailers last night and it looks pretty fucking sick.

Might actually pop a game in that black console.

I was there at the Developer and man, I have some MAD respect for the people who make games. Saw all kinds of concept art on the walls, and saw some artists rendering the most MINUTE detail of the game.

We saw the opening cinematic on 100" screen 7.1 sound. I was blown away. I'm not schilling. It was incredible. And I got to play some of the game in there, too. Crazzzy!

I know I sound like a vague fanboy, but I can't say anything specific. It was just a fuggin' amazing experience, guys.

360 "fan boy" here...

What they do is amazing. They're artists, really. In the truest sense of the word. Unfortunately, their medium isn't as highly regarded as say, film.

Yeah, but what I've been seeing lately is getting ridiculously close. In fact, you're starting to see films directed and created in game engines.

Used to be everyone was shopping a screenplay, and now more and more people are shopping game scripts.

Heavy Rain is going to be like a movie that you can play. I was watching Iron Man on the plane and just kept thinking "this is what gamers want. They want to be able to control what happens next, not just watch it, they want to be a part of the action."

It's a space. You have it perfect in the thread header. I logged in as Chiefman420 because that was the profile that had money on it so I could buy Rush Moving Pictures for Rockband2.
