Marty v. Herm. Who do you take?

Hey, a new guy named "cutler7624" wants to know if the members here think that Marty or Norv is a better head coach. He's too new to start a thread (or he can't find the right button. Who knows?) He asked for help starting the thread, so I thought I'd do it.

I'm firmly in the Marty camp. Anyone else want to chime in?

His request:

Before last year I would've said Martyocre. Which isn't saying much, because Norv before 2007 hadn't shown anything as a head coach, and I call Schottenheimer Martyocre for a reason.

marty ...... he may not be a guy to win the super bowl but he was pretty darn good at maintaining a legit playoff team.

he also seems to have learn to stay away from the offense.

Most confusing poll...ever. Are we comparing Marty to Herm, or Marty to Norv?

It's a complicated formula, but it's around 30 I believe.

The new default number for thread starting should always be one more post than what ClevelandBronoco has.

WTF is with this poll? Is it Herm v Norm or Herm v Marty and when did Marv get involved?

Considering the sample size it's a little unfair to Herm. That said, I'd go Marty.

You take Marty if you are rebuilding a franchise.

Norv if the places are already in place for a playoff run.
