Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.

Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

I am ready to see some water balls!

This is almost an identical finish to the '99 US Open.

Both players have makeable birdies on a par 3 near the end, the guy outside makes it. Then, needing par, the leader makes an all world save from the shit, holing a 15 footer FTW.

That was pretty gut wrenching. Jesus, if that doesn't show what clutch putting is all about, I don't know what would.

Honestly, I think dealing with the near tragedy last July at Carnousti has shown the Irishman that you can overcome anything, even late round gaffes.

Especially when you're staring down Sergio.

I am a Mickelson fan, but damm, I might have to jump on the Paddy wagon. He is one of the classiest guys out there, got to respect that.
