What do you use and how often do you change?

I use Mobil 1 Clean High Mileage 10w-30 and change oil every 5000-7000 miles.

100% synth, change about once a year. Of course, I drive less than 8,000 miles a year, so I'm not too hard on the car.

I use 5w30 Mobil 1, in everthing except the Barracuda. I will be switching to
0w30 as soon as I can find it, in everything, including the Barracuda. Here is the best explanation I have ever seen, why I should do that.

I got an understanding of what the numbers really mean, especially recently with all the changes. My Wifes new Nitro calls for 5w20, so here is what I said post #8.

See I always, as most people, believed a lot of oil pressure was good. He said that is wrong, you should have 10lbs. per thousand rpms. My Barracuda carries 70-80 all the time, which is bad."

Have you found any 0w synthetic oil? I've been looking for 0w20 and can't find it. I'm using 5w20 now.

Castrol SAE30, Change about 5K-7K.

One truck has 225K and the other has 170K. Both are still rocking strong, and PAID FOR!
