You're kidding. That movie looks stupid. I can't believe they are making a profit off of these. Date movie was extremely dumb, Epic movie massively dumb, disaster movie looks just as dumb.

Everytime the trailer comes on my roommate and I both wish they'd stop making those movies.

Ok to be serious for a second. I could probably pull off a thin script of a parody of juno. Take a unfortunate looking awkward teen. Tell her not to shower for a couple days. Add some shitty indie music, coupled with a guy who looks like quicksilver. Add some B side tracks to bands that you have never heard with out of tune 90 dollar guitars and sappy lyrics that only "Girls of awkward" age will understand. Add some bangs in the girls face because the world is too cruel to look at. Throw in some weed references and maybe a giant hug at the end and a girl cutting herself. There you go. Indie people would buy the shit out of that

these movies are for the lowest common denominator. the first few were bad enough and now I just do the old facepalm whenever i see another one getting released.

The keep making $$$$ so Hollywood will continue to produce until they dont anymore.

They are designed to appeal to the typical Friday/Sat night teen crowds.

When i was a kid we had the same sort of flicks. They were called the Police Academy movies.
