b. RB Rashad Jennings, Liberty (Acquired in trading Tony Gonzalez to Green Bay)

a. OT Phil Loadholt, Oklahoma (Acquired in trading Larry Johnson to Cincinatti)
b. WR Demetrius Byrd, LSU
c. MLB Dannell Ellerbe, Georgia (Acquired in trade down with Buffalo)

4th Round
a. TE Shawn Nelson, Southern Miss

5th Round
a. OG Anthony Parker, Tennessee (Acquired in trading Larry Johnson to Cincinatti)
