Inside Xbox had a short video with a couple walkthroughs of the new levels.

Storm - Long sightlines outside with a large warehouse with multiple floors.
Salvage - Small, Snowy junkyard. Lots of places to camp. A lot of close range fighting.
Bailout - Large Suburban City - Lots of connecting buildings. Looks pretty large.
Crash - COD4 Map
Overgrown - COD4 Map
