The Dark Knight soundtrack

Just picked up the 2 disk limited edition of this and am very impressed with it. I generally don't like soundtracks as a standalone from the movies but I made an exception for this one after seeing some of the special features regarding the music from the movie on my BD.

Great stuff.

Just personal preference. Like I said, I usually don't care for soundtracks. This one really appealed to me. Ironically, the last soundtrack I purchased was for the Keaton/Nicholson Batman. Elfman was great on that.

Music. You listen to it. I know it's a new concept and all.

I was sitting outside on a patio at a bar the other night when a group of guys are rolling downtown in their Ford Explorer, the windows are all down, blaring the Imperial March theme song from Star Wars. Just kinda had to be there......I thought it was kinda funny.

Don't ever listen to the soundtrack to Conan the Barbarian while you're driving.

Unless you're really in a hurry and don't mind killing other motorists.
