Elder Scrolls V
So the guys at Bethesda let it slip a few months ago that Elder Scrolls V was in the works for 2010, and a friend said he read a possible release in 2009... I'm looking for the article, but I'm friggin' STOKED about a new Elder Scrolls game coming out in the next 12-18 months!!!

I think they can learn a lot with the successes and failures of their previous landmark releases like Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 and make ESV an absolute KICK ASS game!

I've been reading posts on UESP and many of them say this game has been dumbed down from Oblivion for the console players. They cite the dwindling number of skills and the lack of attributes. They also cite the simplicity of the dungeons. What say everyone?


Also I would like to point out a good site for Oblivion players to compare their characters. It will be updating to include Skyrim soon.

I would want more skills/attributes/synergies but the increased variety of dungeons and fights makes up for it.

I didn't even finish Oblivion but did Skyrim.

I haven't had it freeze yet (knock on wood) and I've only run into framerate issues maybe once or twice.
