Elder Scrolls V
So the guys at Bethesda let it slip a few months ago that Elder Scrolls V was in the works for 2010, and a friend said he read a possible release in 2009... I'm looking for the article, but I'm friggin' STOKED about a new Elder Scrolls game coming out in the next 12-18 months!!!

I think they can learn a lot with the successes and failures of their previous landmark releases like Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 and make ESV an absolute KICK ASS game!

I am about 15 hours in, and at level 18. I am using a Breton and mainly I am a dual-casting destruction guy after summoning my kickass flame atronach. I started doing the smithing and enchanting stuff (thanks for all the tips) and am up to level 50 in smithing and near 40 in enchanting. I just created my first elven armor to give an armor boost for the time being, although I will probably enchant it with something that will give a magicka restore boost like the robes I was wearing.

Got a question about the Companions quests....

So I downloaded the update last night.....loaded my character and it froze immediately. I went in and deleted all of my files and started over. I got to just outside Whiterun last night....so we'll see what happens tonight. It seemed to be freezing anytime I was in Whiterun.

Yeah, that works only if you've contracted the disease. Once you've gone full vampire, you have to do a cure vampirism quest.

Mage sucks at first... woefully under powered but it gets better.

If you wait long enough in game, that dungeon you accidentally (prematurely) cleared should reset, by the way. If you don't want to replay those 8 hours.

I ended up clearing the dungeon for the Azura's Star quest right at the beginning of the game, but the necromancers had come back by the time I got the quest.

Sadly i started out as mage putting a lot of perk points in destruction. I finally seen the light using my bow, i almost have my bow lit up like a Christmas tree in perks now.
