Music I need some help from another music guru

Found a cd on Amazon that I downloaded from an artist named William Pierce called William The First CD on Haceinda St Records.Some damn good guitar playing and for the most part electric blues.

Here's my problem,I have googled this guys name,the title of the project and even the record label and am not finding a thing about him or his background etc. and was hoping someone could lend a hand.

A few of the tunes on the cd are Harbinger,New Year Blues and Plumbism if that's of any help.

The pic shown on Amazon is this,any help is appreciated.
