That's pretty neat. Interesting that Reagan's started much lower than Obama's and then climbed while Obama's has done the opposite.

Clinton was the most consistantly approved of and one of the highest when he left office it appears.

That is pretty cool. He is also somewhat similar to Truman who started around 90% and continued to drop.

I think people making a big deal either way about approval ratings 10 months in an administration is pretty silly. The most important rating comes in Nov 2012.

How do you figure it tracks Reagan? Reagan spiked and then fell to his inaguration day level in the same time frame.

What else do you take from Dirk's comment about the most important poll will be in November 2012? Bush was wildly unpopular through much of his presidency, but he was popular enough in November 2004 to get re-elected. How did that work out?
