Hotlanta because proximity to Simple Red.

Easiest one so far.

My rankings. I wasn't as wowed by Georgia as I expected to be.

Savannah - It's a totally weird house with a shared wall and a highway exit in the backyard. So the outside isn't thrilling. The inside is nice, pretty classic. The key here is the location. You're walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants in one direction and you can go slumming for fast food or chinese in the other. I'm picking this house purely based on the greater neighborhood and the fact that I like Savannah, but I wish it was more downtown.

Augusta - Nice classic semi-mansion with a classic interior. I like it, though I'm not agog. It's near a college, which is usually a good thing, and not too far from a cluster of restaurants, though they seem like weird southern restaurants that aren't my style.

Atlanta - Much bigger on the inside than the outside, and more grand looking on the inside. I like this house and could live there, though it sure looks older than 1920 to me. It's got a nice location near a couple of parks, including a huge one, but it's strangely inconvenient to restaurants and other stuff.

Lakemont - Awesome house, and I love the setting. But man, it's in the middle of nowhere. I don't think I could do that, or at least not without a lot more square footage.

Valdosta - Meh. Classic big house. The acreage is nice, but nothing else wows me, and it's not really convenient to anything. It's also right at the end of the local airport runway, which means at some point a plane will crash into it. The Realtor should have made them declutter the house before taking pictures, too.

I went with Atlanta. Savannah was my second choice but it looks like you'd need attack dogs to protect the property.

Well, you don't want a picture looking straight at you in the tub.

Atlanta based solely on location. The house isn't my favorite and the schools are absolute ass (Rated 1/10? Horrendous), but Atlanta is a nice city, IMO.
