The veterans that teams couldn't give away during the draft are starting to get released fast.

Bucs defensive tackle Chris Hovan will join Adalius Thomas and John Henderson as veteran defenders to get dumped on Monday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Hovan re-charged his career under Monte Kiffin in Tampa Bay, but his play fell off last year and he was due $4 million next season.

The Bucs drafted defensive tackles Gerald McCoy and Brian Price with their first two picks over the weekend.

We really need 3 or 4 NTs .. maybe cycling we can keep a fresh NT in games .. since we really don't have a complete NT ...

Havan does suck. Why is it that every stinking player who gets cut by another team is immediately coveted by a good portion of you folks? I know KC has been bad, but the Hovans of the world won't help things.
