Oh, and in my opinion, what we REALLY need is for someone who is an expert at optimizing MySQL to take a good luck at it. I've mentioned it numerous times, but if anyone sees this and fits the bill (or knows someone who does), have them shoot me a PM.

I tried. I purchase shit online at least 2-3 times a week with this card at a variety of places without any problems but for some reason every time I try to use paypal I get this message.
