Food and Drink Need help with a product name

Ok, as many of you know, I started a business about a year ago with 2 friends of mine. Our signature product is a jar of pickled carrot and celery stalks that we call Bloody Buddeez, as they are a gourmet bloody mary garnish. Well, things are going well, and everyone is loving them. Then, just the other day, I get this certified letter from the lawyer from Buddeez inc., a plastic storage bin company. They think we are infringing on their product copywright.I dont know if we are or not, but we dont have the money to fight them about it, so we are looking to change the name of our Bloody Buddeez. Any suggestions? We try to be sort of fun with our labels and names while still getting the point across. If you want to see the current label, check out our website at 3buddeez.com. I don't think you're infringing on trademark. They're Buddeez Inc. You're Bloody Buddeez. And I don't think anyone would look at plastic storage bin company and pickled carrot/celery company and confuse the two. You're obviously not trying to use their name to lend credibility to your product.
