Interesting, i think his style will work well at the collegiate level. If he hires some good recruiters he'll have success. IMO

This has been the perfect sports weekend for me... Chiefs win big and Randy "Herm" Shannon is gone.

I would actually prefer someone who has experience as a college head coach (Mark Richt or Mike Leach), but I'd take Jon Gruden.

I think this is a great hire for the U. He will discipline them and his antics will go over in college much better than it did in the pros. Plus, I think recruits will take notice of the hire.
