Life Anyone used Price Line to book a vacation?

Two questions for CP, has anyone used Price line.com to book an entire vacation (*out of the country)? Any tips, thoughts, experiences. I am looking to book my honeymoon in the Dominican Republic through priceline, their prices for hotels and air travel are really good.

Also has anyone ever been to Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana? This is supposedly a 5 star resort in the Dominican, it looks really nice.

Have used Priceline to book hotels. Not a vacation, though. You tell them what you are looking for (4 star hotel) and it finds a deal for you. If you accept, you are stuck with that hotel even if you didn't want a particular place.

the hotel thing is slick as snot on a concrete floor. Love it.

my worry would be on the flights, if you ever look into PL's flights, you pay nearly as much as normal but get red eyes, multiple layovers, etc. You don't want to ruin a 7 day vacation by arriving at 11:45pm the first day and leaving at 6AM the last day.

No. But I use it to see what's the cheapest fair out there for planes in one place.

How many people actually end up with this problem though. I am thinking about using Priceline or the Expedia Bargain Fare and this is really the only thing I am worried about.
