Cassel did, does, and will always suck

I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

Been trying to drill this into these dumbasses heads for months now, if Cassel would not have gotten hurt, the Chiefs would have won the west

Worked for me 2001. I remember watching Bledsoe sucking balls against the Jets and thinking "they just gave this guy 103 million, our only chance is if someone creams him" I swear, 15 minutes later Mo Lewis. The Brady kid didn't do anything spectacular that day but I also remember thinking after one series of seeing him in the pocket "he's better"

KC Red Zone show tonight said that Casshole should be the starter next year, ONLY if the Chiefs draft a new quarterback

It's the time of year where mockery is all the rage. Mock drafts pop up from every crevice of sports reporting to fandom. Early prognostications have quarterback Robert Griffin III as the favorite to be Cleveland's choice at No. 4 overall.

Someone needs to tell Browns' general manager Tom Heckert that RGIII is a slam dunk choice for his squad.

"...while (Cleveland) officials have all but decided that Colt McCoy is probably not the guy to advance the team, the club isn't completely sold on Griffin yet either," Len Pasquarelli of CBS Sports wrote. "Said the scout: 'If they want [Griffin], he could fall right to them [with the fourth overall choice]. But they have to decide if they want him first.'"

Other options exist for the Browns who appear ready to move on from McCoy. Green Bay free agent Matt Flynn could be in play. Texas A&M's Ryan Tannehill is experienced in a similar system Pat Shurmur runs due to former Aggies' head coach Mike Sherman's connections to Browns' President Mike Holmgren. Both of these names will certainly enter the conversation as well.
