Chiefs Cassel did, does, and will always suck - Page 20

I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

Maybe the Chiefs can trade Chris Chambers to the Bears for a #1, Cassel to the Vikings for a #1, Croyle to the Bills for a #1, then they can take their 4 #1's and draft 4 defensive linemen.

I would HOPE we would attempt to see reality and cut bait, but I'm a Chiefs fan and I know damned good and well how the QB position in this franchise is handled.

Yea, I remember Damon Huard playing good enough at times to win us enough games while Trent was hurt and how every body just loved him. Then his true collors came out as a back up to a back up QB that's how reallity struck & thus we ended up sucking so bad, yet it was never his fault. This is the reallity for Matt Cassel, he is a back up playing in a starters role. Has good games but not exactly what you want for a franchise QB. Then plays like he did today. Good grief!

I tryied to like him, he is a retread QB just like we've had during the Carl Peterless era. Pleaze God let us draft a QBotf.

Next year what are we suppose to expect from Cassel? More excuses, OL, Wrs? I do expect him to play like he gets $63,000,000 for a franchise QB. Don't think that is too much to ask.

Pleaze let us draft a QBotf and let the best guy win the job during preseason. If Cassel is worth it he can prove it.
