Cassel did, does, and will always suck

I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

I think STL, Car, Indy if they got the first pick and were offered a big deal don't take Luck.

no ****ing shit this isn't Madden...players rarely ever get traded for other players...not baseball either

but on a value scale of 1-100...Aaron Rodgers is a 100 value.

Andrew Luck is a 95 value.

Tom Brady is an 89 value (old).

Eric Berry is a 51 value.

Ed Reed is a 45 value (old)

Get it?

Dwayne Bowe is a 70 value.

Calvin Johnson is an 80 value (probably the highest non-QB valued player in the NFL right now)

Indy would be ****ing NUTS not to take Luck...

Peyton Manning turned them from a basketball city to a football city...15 more years of another Peyton after Peyton would be way too much for them to turn down...

They'd draft him and let Peyton play for another two years and then hand the reigns over to Luck.

If Indy gets the #1, they'd take Luck and trade Peyton before they'd trade out of #1....guaranteed.

I would put a healthy Berry higher than 51. Injured, I agree with the 51 rating.

a top tier young Polamalu probably peeks at a 75 value...that's Berry's absolute ceiling I'd say.

Indy would take him in a heartbeat. No doubt. Even if it meant having him sit a year or two behind Peyton.

Exactly!

We shouldn't draft QBs until the 6th round or later, because hell, Brady was a 6th rounder!

I disagree. I would say 90. Dominant safeties can totally change a defense.
