Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

what a fantastic boat load of horse shit. If this isn't a blatant spit in the face of the American public by the feds, I don't know what is. Congress is asking questions, albeit with little to no real curiosity or determination for an answer, and the DHS is still silent. A former military guy is saying its BS and yet nothing is changing, in fact, its getting worse. DHS is very boldly pointing a gun right at the face of the American public and yet nothing is happening. There's a minimum of 3 problems with this purchase:

1. the huge quantity
2. the caliber (.40S&W, not standard 9mm)
3. hollow point

These 3 issues alone should be raising a red flag but nope, no one is doing crap about it.

I posted that story in D.C. and all I got was "it makes sense to practice with the rounds you carry"......I'm like, there is no sense in practicing with hollow point ammo. It's a complete and total waste of money.

LOL... I figured that out when I tried to set it down with the 30rd mag on.

I can put a picatinny rail on the front of the gun and just use my bipod grip and leave the mini with the clamp on lo pro.

Or set it up on a big rock or slab of wood.

I have been running different scenarios through my head since seeing your setup.

I think you can make it work. Just have to get creative.

If it comes down to letting you perform brain surgery on me to save my life or handing that ****ing troll my pistol to save my life well...scrub up Doctor. You're on in 5 minutes.

I have the same folding stock on my min-14, and use the NcStar bipod...

http://www.amazon.com/NcStar-Precisi...cm_cr-mr-title

Not as slim/sexy, but it does work with the Ruger 30 rd mag with the legs extended.
