The series is getting pretty bland anyway. If they want more money, I might just giving up playing the latest installment. It's becoming Maddenesque in their lack of content and wanting more of your hard-earned money. Meh.

Eh, I don't buy map packs and that shit either way, so I don't think this will affect me or the majority of players.

That's what it seems like to me too. I guess I'll have to wait and see their final plan, but if most of what I do now is still going to be free, I'll probably buy it.

Unless they neuter the online maps that com with the game.

If I am a dick and want to make shit tons of money. I only give out five maps for free. The monthly fee is for the right to play the new maps. If you cancel, then you lose access to extra maps. Thre is no option to buy map packs. This way players have to fork over 96 additional dollars per year.

Of course, they better hope they do not cause a revolt.

Andif the fee gave you access to play on dedicated servers then it MIGHT be worth it.

If not, I think I might just borrow it for the SP.

Or drop the cost to like 3 to 4 bucks a month.

I hope this fails miserably so other games don't follow.
