They are working on the teletype for his prompter speech. He will sound lecturing, professorial, condescending with much antipathy towards the Republicans as if it is all their fault. I think I will take a long shit while he is speaking.

folk sare not happy with the way government is conducting itself. But they are way WAY WAY more disapproving of congress than they are of the President.
