I would rather dig up Tom Landry and put him at QB than have Landry Jones. Kid benefits from a good system and coaching, not a good skill set.

I re-watched the Sun Bowl when OU played Stanford a couple of years ago. Landry was a Freshman and Luck was a Sophomore playing with a dominant run game. Landry looked much better that game.

Jones was impressive his first year. Sadly, he hasn't developed all that much since then. Majority of the offense is checkdowns.
