Yeah, the last 10 min of the game was baffling, that's for sure.

3 weeks is when the 'Cats get to piss pound us. Not sure what we will learn in that game.

The defense is far from great but they are improved over last year especially in the turnover department...so far.

Getting back to where KU wants to be will take some time. Changes for the good are already showing in my opinion.

One fluke play? Take that away and give him zero yards on the drive, and they still had over 100 yards rushing.

They didn't allow a hundred yard rusher on Saturday, but they did allow a guy to get 96 yards on 14 carries. The guy got 2 yards last week, 49 yards all of last year, and 69 the year before. Rice still rushed for 167 yards. If the Owls and Jackrabbits run for 186 yards per game, what happens when they play legit teams?

I think Weis will get it together somewhat, but I don't think he deserves any credit whatsoever yet.

I can't say for sure. Haven't seen either of the first two games due to social commitments.

But I'll be watching Saturday for when a well oiled TCU team comes to town. Weis will have a national TV spotlight to showcase what he and his team has accomplished over the spring and summer.

Gary Patterson has been at TCU for over a decade so I don't think anyone at KU is expecting victory. Being able to finish out games such as last week needs to become a focus. This has happened time and time again to these players...Texas Tech, Baylor, and now Rice. Time for the Hawks to make their own luck.

KU won't lose by 21. I would think taking the game into the third quarter at home would show some good progress. That's what I expect. I think TCU will pull away near the end due to depth but for the first half I expect a competitive game. Either way it's a huge event for both schools.

Like MU did Saturday night. Then they will be soundly dismantled by a superior team. The similarities will be staggering too. Both TCU and Georgia will be missing key starters and have no issue winning the game on the road.
