I'm not thrilled with my weight (218), but I can't complain about my exercise. My jogging's back up to 2.5 miles, and I just minutes ago finished my 3rd fastest bike ride since I bought the damn thing a year ago, 15.5 miles in just over an hour (14.8 mph).

Keep up the good work buck.

That's an admirable average speed. Keep going and go harder.

Awesome!

And so long 240's for me.

Officially 238.2 lbs. It was a great week for me. I had plateaued for a few weeks, but dropped 4.4 lbs this past week.

Based on these numbers, my goal is 225 by June 1.

Other goal is to be able to do 100 pushups in a row by June 1.
