lol, Pat Forde. Another Mizzou alum who just can't let go.

The other thing about B-Rush is that he never lied. Coach Self would be like, “Did everyone make curfew last night? If you didn’t make curfew, raise your hand.” All of us that broke curfew kept our hands down — except B-Rush. He’d raise his hand and tell on himself. Coach Self would ask him why he didn’t make curfew and he’d say, “Because the club was crackin’!” Everyone would laugh and he’d make B-Rush run a little bit.

I don't think it's fair to say the Big 12 didn't want them. It probably isn't accurate either. It is more likely that it was the TV partners who made that decision for the Big 12.

I think that basically means Texas. Texas runs the conference. The rest of you guys are just pawns in the game.

Yep. Oklahoma wanted Louisville, Texas didn't. Guess who won out. Louisville and Cincinnati would have been solid choices to get back to 12.

It's not like Louisville has been that dominant. Obviously they have a great basketball program, but they won the depleted Big East in football and weren't even ranked when they got selected to play in the Sugar Bowl.

ACC signs off on grant of rights deal. No more Big 10 hovering over them and certainly no Big 12/Florida State dream.

So, yeah. 10 teams. Awesome.

Fox Sports does, but I am fully aware Mizzoutards are easily led astray.

The Big 12 belongs above the ACC...for now, at least.

I don't really see how. ACC is better at basketball and unless Texas and OU pull their heads out of their asses, football too. Plus, they have more teams. If I was going by money, the Big 12 would be above them.

The Big12 is arguably even above the PAC in football. The elite teams might be "down", but we are still good across the board... Outside Kansas all the teams are capable of being bowl eligible. There's a reason a lot of Big12 teams have been near the top for schedule strength.

The ACC hasn't been better in football. There is a chance that the Big 12 could have one of its worst seasons ever in both sports next year, though. I don't see much of anything in football for them.

We saw what happened when those teams played in bowls. It wasn't pretty. (And Kansas has a shot at a bowl.)
