Chiefs after NT Aubrayo Franklin?

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...nd-kevin-boss/

Doesn't hurt any, and will probably come cheap.

Chiefs sign Kevin Boss to three-year, $9 million deal

The Kansas City Chiefs announced Thursday that they have signed tight end Kevin Boss, formerly of the Oakland Raiders.

Boss, 28, will play across the formation from Tony Moeaki in two-tight end sets. The Chiefs are gearing up to run a ground-heavy offense, and Boss is a difference-making blocker. Moeaki also blocks well.

Adam Caplan reports that the deal is worth $9 million over three seasons.

Kansas City hasn’t made any huge splashes in free agency, but it has retained top wide receiver Dwayne Bowe and shored up its rushing attack. The Chiefs could still get into the mix for a free agent nose tackle like Aubrayo Franklin as the market plays out.

Complete speculation. It doesn't say anywhere that the Chiefs are "after" him.

The Chiefs could still get into the mix for a free agent nose tackle like Aubrayo Franklin as the market plays out.

ChiefsPlanet has some very generous guidelines, 200 pixels tall by 650 pixels wide is more than enough screen real estate for you to express your individuality. That dimension includes your graphics AND any witty text you want to share. If you go over this amount, you may lose your ability to have a signature.

He signed for pennies last year after speculated interest amounted to nothing. Don't see why they'd bother now after he did very little on his 1-year deal and the 9ers flourished without him.

Not that I'd be against it.

Why do you doubt that? He is clearly making a blind speculation. He doesn't even go so far as to cite "sources" or "reports". Bad thread.
